Faculty Hires 2011
In 2010-11, UVM invested in a first round of tenure-track hires aligned with priority research areas of the Transdisciplinary Research Initiative (TRI): Complex Systems (CSYS), Neuroscience, Behavior & Health (NBH), and Food Systems (FS).
Through an innovative hiring process that connected traditional faculty search committees with TRI Steering Committee input, a total of 18 hires were made across nine UVM schools and colleges. Faculty hired to these positions are listed in the table below.
