Project Summary

In this project, Dr. Aultman-Hall will continue work with Justine Sears and Jon Dowds of TRC and Paul Hines of SOE to determine a framework for how travel and electricity demand overlap spatially given different levels of electric vehicle adoption. Topics will include defining where (based on home location and travel patterns) EV adoption is advantageous, assessing the potential for problematic clustering of EV home locations, and recommendations of where charging stations will be needed.
