Involvement at UVM:  Alpha Phi Omega, Community Outreach Coordinator for Kappa Delta Pi, Minorities Association of Pre-Medical Students (M.A.P.S.), Orientation Leader (Summers 2013 and 2014), Peer Leader for the Honors College, Research Assistant in the Department of Pathology, and Resident Advisor (2014-2015)
Post-Graduation Plans: I plan on working in a health clinic in rural India and applying to medical school. Hopefully I can fit some time to travel as well.

  Rebecca Potter (Junior Link)
Major: English with Sociology, Critical Race and Ethnic Studies minors
Fun Fact: My hometown hosts a “Strolling of the Heifers” parade every summer, which is exactly what it sounds like.
Involvement at UVM:  Alternative Spring Break director team, Alpha Phi Omega, Writing Center Tutor/Presentation Coordinator, WID Mentor, Service Trek, Orientation, Next Step Social Justice Retreat, and the Honors College
Post-Graduation Plans:  Travel, working with and for people, writing—specifics very much TBD.

  Annalena Barret
Major: Environmental Studies, Global Studies minor
Fun Fact: I have written in a journal almost everyday since the sixth grade!
Involvement at UVM: Creating a more just and sustainable food system on campus and beyond through the Real Food Challenge
Interests:  Dance parties, hiking, chocolate, gardening, Harry Potter movie marathons, and practicing my Spanish.

  Akriti Bhargava
Major: Political Science and Environmental Studies, Economics minor
Fun Fact: I qualified for a national-level Sudoku competition in India when I was in high-school!
Involvement at UVM: President of UVM Jazbaa, Outreach and Events Coordinator for UVM Club Sports, Teaching Assistant for ENVS 001 and 002, Student Legal Services, and the Honors College
Post-Graduation Plans: I plan on going to law school for Environmental Law, but I want to put a few years of work between graduation from UVM and graduate school.

  Julie Daly
Major:  Double Major in Mathematics(B.S.) and Computer Science (B.S.)
Fun Fact: I volunteered at a tiger rescue over Spring Break!
Involvement at UVM: Resident Advisor (2014-2015), Orientation Leader (Summer of 2013 and 2014), Advocat, ASB volunteer (Spring of 2014 and 2015), Tutor at the Learning Co-op, Society of Women in Computer Science, and Mortar Board
Post-Graduation Plans: Either working for a small company in my field or working for organizations like Teach for America or AmeriCorps.

  Hira Haq
Major: Biochemistry, Nutrition and Food Sciences Minor
Fun Fact: I am learning to play the ukulele!
Involvement at UVM: Pre-med Club, Biochemistry Society, Campus Kitchens, Muslim Student Association, Pre-health Peer Mentor, Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students (M.A.P.S.), volunteer EMT at Essex Rescue, Learning Co-op tutor, and clinical nutrition researcher in the Kraft Lab
Post-Graduation Plans: Doing a food/nutrition related internship and applying to medical school.

  Holly Hoffman
Major: Social Work, Special Education minor
Fun Fact: Ice cream is my favorite food!
Involvement at UVM:  UVM Outing Club Leader, W.I.L.D (Wilderness Instructor Leadership Development)Program Coordinator, Head Haus Manager of Outing Club, Special Education Intern at Mansfield Hall, Student Social Work Intern at Spectrum Youth and Family Services, and UVM Wilderness TREK Leader
Post-Graduation Plans:  Gain some field experience and travel before heading to graduate school.

  Rehana Pothiawala
Major: Business Administration Concentration in Management Information Systems and Finance, Biology minor
Fun Fact: I have performed/danced in a half time show at the Champs Bowl in front of 60,000 people!
Involvement at UVM: Community Outreach Officer for Minority Association of Pre-medical Students (MAPS), Treasurer of Finance/Investment Club, Vice President of Muslim Student Association, Jazbaa Bollywood Dance Team, Resident Advisor, and Media Intern with UVM Extension
Post-Graduation Plans: Live out my dream of getting a job and working in a city for two years, then going back to school to get my MBA.

  Angela Russo
Major: Medical Laboratory Science
Fun Fact: I can recite "The Lorax" verbatim!
Involvement at UVM: UVM Program Board – Concerts, Week of Welcome, Student Alumni Association, C.O.M.F.O.R.T., Learning Co-Op Tutor, Microbiology Teaching Assistant, CNHS Links, New Student and Transfer Orientation, International Buddies Program, and the Ski and Snowboard Club
Post-Graduation Plans:  I plan to travel through the summer and apply to medical school the following year.
  Tima Azhara
Major: Biology, Nutrition and Food Sciences minor
Fun Fact: One of my lifetime goals is to attend a concert where the lead singer is unable to perform, and I then take the place of the singer….one day…one day…

Post-Graduation Plans: Currently, my plan is to take a year off after graduation before pursuing medical school. I want to travel and volunteer at different places along the way!

  Sydney Triola
Major: Art History, Italian Studies minor
Fun Fact: This summer I will be working on my thesis. My thesis will investigate 5th C. Greek grave steles that feature women through a contextual study the role of women in Ancient Greece.
Involvement at UVM: Resident Advisor (2013-2015), Orientation Leader (2013, 2014), Art History Teaching Assistant(2015), Front Desk Assistant at the Fleming Museum, Psychology Research Assistant (2012-2014), Featured artist at the Center of Cultural Pluralism(2014), and ASB Volunteer(2013)
