After Graduation Plans: I dream of working as a prospective (successful) businesswoman in Hong Kong for a year, then return to the US in the NYC/Boston area.

Interests: I'm passionate about stream ecology and had the opportunity to research intermittent streams in Alabama for the past summer

Majors: double major in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Linguistics
After Graduation Plans: am grateful for the support and encouragement I have received from the faculty of both my majors. I plan to pursue a Masters in Communication Sciences & Disorders followed by a PhD. I will continue on with my research.
Favorite experience at UVM: Last semester I traveled to and presented at the McGill Canadian Conference for Linguistic Undergrads. It was fun meeting other students who are passionate about linguistics!
Involvement at UVM: Senior Director of Peer Advising for the dept. of Communication Sciences & Disorders, Volunteer staff member for the Vermont Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Organization for 5 years, Tutor at the Learning Co-op, Research Assistant in the Child Language Lab.
After Graduation Plans: Hike the Pacific Crest Trail, go to grad school for PhD in Anthropology
Hobbies and Interests: I collect maps!

After Graduation Plans: Graduate School for Higher Education Student Affairs Administration
Fun Fact: Despite having my jet ski license for 10 years, I have never operated a jet ski
Involvement at UVM: I am currently an undergraduate coordinator for First Year Experience. I was an RA for two years, co-advisor to 2 hall councils, on Student Staff Selection Recruitment and Training for reslife. In summer 2011, I was an orientation leader. Currently trying to get more involved in the various offices under the Diversity and Equity unit, especially Women's Center.
Major/ Minor: Psychology, German minor
After Graduation Plans: After graduation, I want to conduct my own research project on refugee population for a year in Germany. I would also want to do volunteer work for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees. I also want to travel Europe, North Africa, Asia, and other places as well. I want to get to meet people from different cultures all around the world, and take pictures with my camera of this Journey. Afterwards, I want to go to graduate school to earn a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology.
Fun Fact: My birthday is a National Holiday in my native country, Nigeria.
