If you are UVM student interested in volunteering for this year's conference or are wondering how to join the TIC committee to help plan the 2010 conference, email us at tic@uvm.edu! Seriously, it's alot of fun - get involved.
Join us for the first meeting where we'll discuss what TIC is & have everyone sign up for different tasks. Get to know everyone and get some general info about how cool it is to be a TIC volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering but missed the first meeting please come attend this session in the Williams Family Room at the Davis Center. We are offering it at two times but you only need to attend one, 5 OR 7. The sessions are short, so you will be in and out and on your way! If you are busy at these times but are still interested just shoot us an email and we'll make it happen!2nd Meeting: Tuesday, Oct 20th 2009 at 7:00pm -
At the second meeting we'll give out details & answer questions on everyone's jobs. We'll go through a breakdown of the day, where everyone should be, and what will be happening. Things will be finalized and you'll be ready for the conference! If you come... there will be a treat (maybe pizza and/or ice cream).
