back of your neck from sun)
Sturdy sneakers or light hiking boots
Tevas or Chocos (sports sandals sturdier than flip-flops)
(Probably, rainboots and a poncho will be provided at Sacha Lodge)

Personal medication. Malaria pills, other medication, aspirin.
PeptoBismol or other stomach medicine? Antibiotic such as
Cipro? Seasickness medication?
Toiletries: soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc.
