Focus on challenging courses in summer, paired with a lighter academic load and more time with faculty, to enjoy greater success.
Learn from acclaimed researchers, scientists, and practitioners experienced in working with public health issues, including disease, nutrition, addiction, and mental illness, as well as the most pressing environmental issues we’re facing today.
Select from courses in core laboratory sciences such as chemistry, physics, anatomy, biology and neuroscience. Or explore current topics in environmental sciences, nursing, plant & soil sciences, nutrition and more. Students from all majors can even complement their studies by completing a full minor Ecological Agriculture in 1 to 2 summers. Our summer offerings reflect the excellence and extensiveness of UVM’s science programs. Work on requirements toward your undergraduate degree, or focus on prerequisites for medical, nursing or graduate school.
Note: students should ensure prior to registration that their course selection will meet their degree requirements
