Vtrim for Undergrads

Vtrim for Undergrads is a one-credit course based on the University’s behavioral weight management research with proven results. This online course is open to all undergraduate students who want not only to lose weight, but to begin living a healthier, more active lifestyle. Students meet online once a week via a chat room, journal daily calorie intake plus exercise and gain support from a group of peers.
