Mark Youndt

Dr. Youndt’s research activities revolve around the intersections of strategic management, intellectual capital, innovation, and competitive advantage. More specifically, his most recent work examines how human, social, and organizational capital influence organizations innovative capabilities; how strategic human resource management activities help develop and leverage intellectual capital for competitive advantage; and how the strategic management of human capital influences the performance of service firms. He has a B.A. degree in management and economics from Gettysburg College, a MBA from Rollins.

She is a motivated and engaged leader with the ability to positively impact cultures. Throughout her life, Angela has seen a pattern that keeps showing up, she finds passion and purpose in helping others succeed and reach their true potential. She thrives on supporting others to find their” joy”, however they define it! Angela is a Certified Coach- specializing in helping individuals align their passion and purpose to find compelling and fulfilling careers. She has a B.S. degree in psychology and elementary education, a Master’s in organizational leadership, a Master’s in science of administration. She also holds the Senior Professional Humans Resources designation (SPHR).
