"The aim of this course is to help prepare educators and school leaders for the transition to personalized learning by exploring different conceptions and models of personalization, the theories of learning, human development, and schooling that underlie this approach, and strategies for putting the theory of personalization into practice. The course itself will aim to be personalized by allowing participants to engage with texts and projects that are aligned with their professional interests, responsibilities, and goals."
