About EDCI 200 WO1
This course takes a hands-on, experiential approach to teaching pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade educators about fish and wildlife management. Educators receive certifications in Project and Aquatic WILD and Project Learning Tree, get the opportunity to listen and discuss natural resource issues with the Agency of Natural Resources Secretary and the Department Commissioners, and do field exercises with fisheries and wildlife biologists.

Dates: July 1 - August 9, 2013; July 1 - 13: pre-work; July 14 - 19 student will meet at Buck Lake in Woodbury, VT (Green Mountain Conservation Camp). Participants are expected to reside at Buck Lake for the duration of the course; Fee: $167 per credit ($501) plus $30 comprehensive fee plus $239 program fee for a total of $770 payable directly to VT Fish & Wildlife; Sunday, July 14 class meets 2:00 - 6:00 pm; Monday, July 15 - Thursday, July 18 class meets 8 am-8 pm; Friday, July 19th class meets 8:00 am 3:00 pm; July 20 - August 9 students will work on a student project of their own.
