This 1 credit class will cover the basic knowledge areas of Project Management - Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing. In addition, some of the ?soft skills" to successfully run projects within a cross functional team or across organization will be discussed. A real life project will be used as a case study to work through project concepts.
