About PA 395 OL1
This course combines analysis of actual cases and examination of the literature with thirty-five years of instructor experience to help students understand how public and nonprofit human resource management (HRM) really works. This is an evolving field that values the importance of understanding organizational cultures and human nature, as well as systems and processes.
