Section Description

EXMS 242 (3cr) is designed to explore the psychological effects and implications of participation in sport and exercise. Emphasis and overviews of personality and behavioral dynamics of sport, the psychological changes associated with exercise, assessment in sport psychology, performance enhancement, motivation, anxiety, group processes, and psychological factors regarding sport and exercise adoption, maintenance, and enjoyment of sport and exercise will be explored. Pre requisite: PSYC 001
