Supervising Today's Student Employees: Certificate Program

Class Registration

We know it takes a special set of skills and knowledge to effectively hire, orient, motivate, train, and develop student employees. Therefore, Student Financial Services and HRS Learning Services have partnered to offer a certificate learning series for UVM supervisors of student employees, which supports UVM's strategic goal on undergraduate student success. The next Supervising Today's Student Employees (STSE) Learning Sessions will beginning again in April. One session will be offered each day for this series. You must be able to attend ALL sessions plus TWO elective sessions to participate and receive the certificate. If you are interested and can attend ALL sessions please fill out this registration form (below). Space is limited to 20 people per session.

Note: There will be learning assignments that must be completed each week. Please plan accordingly -- each assignments should not take more than 2 hours per session.
