Eligibility

Two simple steps to find out if you're eligible for Federal Work Study:

  1. Apply for financial aid at UVM: First, file your FAFSA application
  2. Access your student account: If you qualify for a Federal Work Study award you will have "Federal Work Study" listed in your award notice.

What if you don't qualify but still need a job? Consider a part-time job. It's valuable "real world" work experience.
