RELAX & LET’S HAVE SOME FUN
This time of year is filled with pressure on all of us. Whether it’s upcoming exams, papers or the holidays, we all need some breathing space! Join us for an evening of fun & relaxation. For you edification & entertainment, Laura Brown, herbalist at Purple Shutter Herbs, will engage you in three fun-filled projects.
To bring the feeling of playful joy, you’ll create your own bath fizzies. I describe this activity as “good clean fun”. Using natural ingredients & essential oils you’ll custom blend your own bathtub enjoyment.
To take the edge off you’re your life, we’ll discuss many of the herbs that can help you be less stressed. Are you familiar with Tulsi from India or how about Linden, the bestselling herbal tisane in Europe? From the herbs supplied, you’ll be able to formulate your personal relaxing tea
Filling the air with delightful aromas provides a sense of well-being. An aroma-mister, of you own design, is a portable stress-buster. Again, using pure essential oils you can send stress on its way.
