A new STAND chapter in Liberia.
The STAND International Task Force was created to respond to the growing international demand for coordination of student efforts and for resources to empower students with proven and effective methods of advocacy. STAND International recognizes that the protection of victims of genocide and the prevention of future genocide requires international political will to do so. Thus, an effective anti-genocide movement cannot be limited to advocating change within the U.S.A. and therefore must be capable of mobilizing across borders.
