He has been the late-game hero of several Vermont wins in two seasons none bigger that the America East title game. His baseline jumper with 5.6 seconds left was the difference in the Cats 56-55 win over Boston University ... Second on the Cats and 10th in the America East in assists, he also was second on the team in steals. David also was 10th in the America East in assist/turnover ratio. He recorded five or more assists in seven games last year topped by a career-high eight against St. Michael's and seven at North Carolina ...
