BUFFALO, N.Y. - Wes Johnson scored a game-high 18 points to lead five players in double figures, as No. 1 seed Syracuse earned a 79-56 victory over the No. 16 seed Vermont men’s basketball team in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday night at the HSBC Arena.
