Sports: Men's & Women's Soccer (Capacity: 5,000)
Centennial Field is at 5,000-seat stadium that is the home of the men's and women's soccer teams.
The soccer teams have played their home games since 1975 and it has been the site of several America East men's and women's soccer championships. In 1989 Centennial Field was the site of the first two rounds of the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship with UVM drawing a pair of crowds in excess of 5,000 fans.
Several times in the last two decades the grass turf playing surface at Centennial Field has been widened and undergone improvements for drainage. In 2005, the locker room facilities were renovated for use by both Catamount teams on gamedays.
Before the soccer teams called Centennial their home, the stadium was the home of the Catamount football teams up until 1974 when the program was discontinued. The Vermont lacrosse teams also played home games at Centennial Field prior to the construction of Moulton Winder Field.
