Academic Success

Catamounts Produce All-Americans in the Classroom

UVM had three America East Scholar-Athletes in 2007-08 Vermont won its fourth straight America East Academic Cup in 2008. UVM student-athletes combined to post a 3.14 GPA to allow the Catamounts to be the only school in conference history to win the academic up five times (1996, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008).

In 2007-08 the Catamounts had three student-athletes earn America East Scholar-Athlete honors and five were named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine All-Academic District I Teams
