The Undergraduate Social Work Program prepares students for generalist social work practice based on a liberal arts education in the social sciences and humanities. Career opportunities in the profession of social work as well as graduate education opportunities are explored. The student, in consultation with his/her advisor, selects elective courses that can compliment the student's development as a social work practitioner and allow him/her to pursue individual interests.
