Project Tracking Tool - Perseus Based

This project aims to demonstrate the use of Perseus as a tool to aid project management, in particular, using Perseus to gather data and spit it out in an Excel format.

This project will expedite the project management process with a light weight tool.

Statement of the Problem to be Solved

The university would like to better manage projects, especially those in information technology. The chosen tool, MS Project, is a good management tool, but does not have good data collecting tools.
