Recent Additions to the Electronic Classroom

• The Rensselaer Studio Coursesprovide a way to move away from the traditional structure of our courses that puts heavy emphasis on non-interactive lectures. We have designed a system that allows us to use an interactive studio approach to the introductory science and engineering courses. This approach integrates the lecture, laboratory, and recitation to provide a superior learning environment for our students. It exploits computer based materials as an enabling tool to accelerate, integrate, and leverage interaction.
