Brian Butler is a Ph.d. candidate in Information Systems at the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. He has a degree in Computer Science, also from Carnegie Mellon University. His industry experience includes work as a software developer, consultant and trainer. His research interests focus on the design, implementation and evaluation of new communications technologies in knowledge-intensive environments such as high-technology companies and educational institutions.
