WILD RICE CASSEROLE

1 cup wild rice, barley or combination
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Minced onion or onion salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
3 cups. chicken broth (1 1/2 cans Swanson's )

Wash rice, melt butter in casserole. Add onions. Remove from heat. Add
mushrooms and broth and rice. Cover with foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325
degrees. Personally, this is good cold, too, as a leftover.
