Peanut Sauce

1 cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup light soy sauce
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 yellow onion, peeled, finely diced and pan-fried until brown

Grind the peanuts in a blender or food processor.  Place in a bowl and stir
in all other ingredients.
