This is in response by Lisa for spicy marmalade.

Here is what I do:

Spicy Orange Marmalade

a piece of fresh ginger approx the size of a quarter, minced finely.
8 to 12 ounce jar of good quality orange marmalade

Add the ginger and a jar of good quality orange marmalade
to a sauce pan and heat gently until the marmalade is melted, turn off
the heat as soon as the marmalade starts to simmer. Let cool.

This is really good as an appetizer when poured over a block of cream cheese and
served with crackers.---Corene
