Request: Using Velveeta Cheese

Russian Noodles

1 package egg or regular noodles, Cooked and cooled
1 pint sour cream
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
Onion powder to taste
Chives  optional

Heat milk and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually add the cheese
and stir constantly until the cheese melts. Let the cheese mixture cool. Add
the sour cream and mix well. Pour the mixture over the cooled noodles and mix
well-pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the onion powder and
chives. Bake at 350: for about 3/4 of a hour.  You can also sprinkle with some
bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
