Rice Jardin:

1 cup chopped onions
250 grams (1/2 pound) zucchini sliced thin      
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can corn (1 pound)
1 can tomatoes (1 pound)
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano

Saute onions and zucchini in butter till tender. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 15 min.
