Poor Man's Crab Cakes

2 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini (squeeze out excess juice)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. "Old Bay" Seafood seasoning
1 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Mix well, shape into patties. Roll in flour. Fry on both sides. Will
firm up as fried.
