Pepper Cabbage

1 medium size Cabbage, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp whole pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds and pepper and allow them to splutter.
Add cabbage and mix well.
Cover the wok and cook on low flame until cabbage is done.
Uncover, add salt and cook on medium heat until water evaporates.
Serve hot with a dash of lemon.

Goes well with rice or noodles.
