Parmesan Garlic Potatoes

Several Large (long rather than round) Red potatoes
3 Tablespoons melted butter
4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder (or 2 T. Chopped Garlic)
Freshly grated pepper
Coarse Salt

Mix melted butter, cheese, and garlic. Slice potatoes length-wise.
Paint or smear butter/cheese mixture onto the cut sides of potatoes.
Place potatoes CUT SIDE DOWN onto baking sheet. Brush melted butter
onto skin sides of potatoes, then sprinkle with grated pepper and
coarse salt. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until done.

This is an incredible way to make potatoes. Kids LOVE this. In our
house, we call these Yummy potatoes. Just a little extra work turns
regular baked potatoes into something special.
