Hi Everyone! This recipe is easy and delicious--even my kids ate it up!!

THAI NOODLES (Pad Thai)
1 (8 ounce) package thin pasta (angel hair)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 tbs sugar
3 tbs olive or vegetable oil
3 tbs sesame oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp chili oil

Cook pasta until done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep warm.
Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta and
toss. We like to top ours with some thinly sliced carrot, some finely
chopped green onion and some coarsely chopped peanuts.

Enjoy!!
