Oregano Chicken

1 to 2 lbs of chicken( thighs or breasts - boneless is best)
olive oil
oregano
dry garlic powder
spaghetti sauce
spaghetti

Wash pieces of chicken and pat dry. Drizzles with a very little olive oil.
Roll in oregano and dry garlic powder Oregano covers the chicken like a
second skin. Powdered garlic is for your own taste-- if not to your liking
leave it off. Place chicken on rack baking slowly at 300 degrees for about
an hour. If the chicken is on the bone, cut it off and cut into chunks. If
boneless, cut into chunks. Add chunks of chicken to simmering spaghetti.
I often cook the chicken first and add to the sauce later. Serve sauce and
chicken over cooked spaghetti
