New Mexican Chile

1 can (16 oz.) red beans
1 can (16 oz.) black beans
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 can ( 8 oz.) tomato sauce or any hot taco sauce
Parsley
Oregano
Pepper
Garlic salt

Brown ground beef in a skillet.  Season with garlic salt and oregano, to
taste.  Combine beef, beans, and hot sauce in a large pot.  Add water to
desired consistency and bring to a boil.  Add pepper, parsley, and oregano
to taste.  Reduce heat; simmer for 1/2 hour.  Add cheese, lettuce, and
tomato on top.  Serve with warm tortillas.
Serves 4.
