Egg Boiling

Martha Stewart told us all today that you never let your eggs boil... Fill
pot 1 inch over the eggs with water, let pan come up to a simmer..(small
bubbles breaking the surface) Put cover on pan and let sit for 10 minutes.

It's a good thing!!!
