Hamburger Stroganoff

1/2 cup minced onions
1/4 cup butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 lb. canned mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 minced clove of garlic
Snipped parsley

Saute butter on low heat until golden brown. Stir in beef, flour, salt, pepper, 
paprika, minced clove of garlic and mushrooms. Saute' 5 minutes and add 
undiluted soup. Simmer 10 minutes Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle on parsley. Pour 
this over cooked wide noodles. Makes 6 servings.
