     FIESTA FISH AND SHELLS

12 oz. fish filet 2 cup small shell macaroni
1 lb can whole tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 med green pepper in strips
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
12 oz. fish filet 2 cup small shell macaroni
1 lb can whole tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 med green pepper in strips
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni and drain. In saucepan stir tomatoes, onions and taco
seasoning. Add macaroni and green pepper,
bring to a boil. Pour this mixture into a shallow baking dish. Place
fish on top. Spoon some sauce over fish. Bake at
350o for 35 min. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
