Ethiopian Berbere

This is a spice recipe I got from Africa, it is a great substitute for
Curry.

Oven set to 300 F

1/2 cup ground red pepper
1/3 cup paprika
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground allspice.

Mix well, in cake pan and roast in over 20 min. Stir every 5 minutes watch
carefully and stir more often during last 10 min. Cool and store in sealed
container in refrigerator or freezer.
