Here's an easy one !

Easy Goulash

1 lb.ground beef
1 med onion , chopped
1 7 oz package macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef in large heavy pan. Add onion , cook until transparent.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add to ground beef
mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer , covered , until cheese is
melted.
