Cucumber Soup

3 medium cucumbers
2 cups sour cream
4 small green onions (scallions), sliced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel cucumbers and remove the seeds. Chop coarsely.  Place all
ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Chill
before serving.  Garnish with sliced tops of scallions.  Makes about 4
one-cup servings.
