Corn Flake Baked Chicken Strips
Handed down from: Bonnie Ally

1 bag Chicken Breasts -- boneless and skinless sliced into finger strips
2-3 cups Corn Flakes -- Kellogg's sugarless crumbled into med - tiny crumbs
1 stick Butter -- softened


Slice Chicken and soften butter. Coat chicken strips with butter then roll in
crushed corn flake crumbs. Bake in butter greased glass or Corningware
baking dish at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
So simple and easy, yet incredibly delicious!
