Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake This cake substitutes mayonnaise for eggs and oil 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cup flour 3/4 cup cocoa 2 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 1/8 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 cup cold coffee 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix all dry ingredients well. Add mayonnaise, coffee and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour into two 9 inch cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Ice with Betty Crocker's sour cream frosting.
