A hit at picnics!! Just take the dressing and toasted seeds in separate
containers. Mix and dress when ready to serve.

Chinese Cole Slaw

2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles
(only noodles - save season pkt. for soups or stews)
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup butter or margerine
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 medium head of cabbage

Crumble Ramen Noodles. Place in a skillet with almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame
seeds and butter and stir mixture until toasted and golden brown. Dump on
several layers of
paper towels to drain and cool. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce Heat
slightly in microwave only until sugar dissolves. Cool . Shred 1 medium head of
cabbage and toss with toasted seeds and dressing. Serve immediately.
ENJOY!!!
