Chicken Tikka

4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
75 ml / 3 fluid ounces natural yoghurt
75 ml / 3 fluid ounces milk
2 Tbsp Tikka spice mix
1 Tbsp mild curry powder
2 Tbsp Garam Masala
half to 4 Tbsp chilli powder, depending on your taste
1 Tbsp chopped mint
1 Tbsp chopped coriander
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 Tbsp white cumin seeds
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Mix everything together, leave between 6 to 24 hours.
Cook by either threading on skewers and barbecue or grill, or bake in the
oven - Gas Mark 5
