Lemon Chicken INGREDIENTS: 1 Hannaford Roasting Chicken 2 lemons, sliced thin 5 large garlic cloves, cut into slivers 1 1/2 tsp. tarragon 1 tsp. coarse salt pepper DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash chicken. Run your hand between the chicken skin and the meat of the chicken, on both sides. Stuff both sides of the chicken with the lemon slices and garlic slivers. Season all over with the tarragon, salt and pepper. Roast chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately two hours depending on weight of chicken. Check directions on package for cooking times. Serve sliced. Wine Suggestion: California Chardonnay
