Japanese Barbecued Chicken
                                      
Preparation time: 1 1/2 hours 
Number of servings: 3-5 

1 chicken, quartered 
1/2 cup tomato paste 
1/2 cup soy sauce 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
5 cloves of fresh garlic (or 3 tbsp. of garlic powder) 

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cool and
marinate the piece of cut chicken for 1 hour or more. Spread in bottom
of a medium-sized pan and cook in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour at 375 F.
