CELESTIAL CHICKEN

4 to 5 chicken breasts,
deboned and cubed
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
sesame seeds
cooking oil

Make batter with flour, egg and milk. Dip chicken in
batter, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Deep fry in hot
cooking oil until golden brown. Serve with a mustard sauce
made of ketchup and mustard.

CELESTIAL CHICKEN

10 to 12 chicken breasts,
deboned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup cooking sherry

Place in baking dish. Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom
soup, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 cup cooking sherry.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with
rice.

CELESTIAL CHICKEN
(Serves 4) 

1 frying chicken, cut into
serving pieces
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder

Place chicken pieces, unbrowned, in shallow casserole.
Cover with sauce made by combining the remaining ingredients.
Bake uncovered in a moderate 350 degrees oven for 60 minutes or until
done. May be cooked in frying pan on top of stove over medium
heat, covered, until tender. Uncover last 20 minutes.
Note: Leftover sauce is good over ham.
