Here's another busy day shortcut for stuffed cabbage.

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsps. rolled oats
1 tbsps. parsley
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tbsps. brown sugar
1 small head cabbage
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
dash of pepper
1/2 cup Minute Rice, prepared

Cook meat and onions until no pink remains. Drain well. Sprinkle with
oats, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Core cabbage and cut into
thin wedges; place on meat. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar and brown
sugar; mix well. Pour over cabbage and meat. Cover and simmer 20-30
minutes until the cabbage is done. This will depend on size of wedges.
Add rice and heat before serving.
